Thomas came to the Design Studio following a unique career path. From a very young age, he enjoyed the arts, especially drawing. He participated in art classes and went to art camps. So, naturally, that's what he studied in college. Right? Wrong. He took politics and courses in Mandarin. So, naturally, he became a diplomat, right? No, he dropped out and became a carpenter. It wasn't until after some soul-searching and reenrolling at another university that he discovered UX. It perfectly combined his interest in visual design and love for solving human-centric problems. Now he shares that passion with our account originations and financial wellness teams.
