Shelbey is a UX designer on our client management team. That means she's designing the tools our bankers and customer service reps use every day. She has an extensive background in both graphic and interactive design. Her daily essentials for being a designer are Dunkin' coffee, Spotify's "Pop Punk's Not Dead" playlist, Figma, Google, a warm office blanket, and knowing that she is doing work to improve a user's life. When she's not designing, Shelbey is probably baking, at a rock show at Mahall's, or strolling through one of Cleveland's Metroparks. Small world: Her husband also works for Key, which we think is pretty cool.
